Although custom sizing attempts to reduce alterations, it can sometimes miss the mark. Custom made-to-measure garments are cut according to the measurements you specify with some allowances added (in case you provide us with your exact body measurements). What you should know is as follows:

1. It is customised for you!

All of our products are made-to-order and are tailored to your specific custom measurements. Consequently, the garment will only fit someone who has your exact body measurements. This also means that we are unable to accept returns for these garments because they are all final sale. Please check our returns policy HERE.

2. We can assist!

We have comprehensive measurement guides for both women and men which demonstrate how to measure yourself if you're not sure about your size or measurements. Also, our customer service representatives love to assist with sizing and can assist you in double checking your measurements. It's important that you get your measurements as per the guidelines outlined in our measurement guides because your local tailor might not always do it that way.

3. Alterations are free!

Even with our sophisticated algorithm, which uses your body measurements data to generate a dress pattern, occasionally, slight alterations might be required. We therefore provide free alteration service. We leave plenty of leeway inside the seams so our dresses are very easy to alter. Please be aware that sometimes we need to alter the style of a dress to fit your precise measurements. Women of all shapes and sizes can wear and adore the dresses that we design.
