Placing an Order
Ordering online on Zarighar.com is a straightforward process. To add items to your shopping cart, simply click on the "Add to Cart" option when you come across an item you wish to purchase. Please note that adding an item to your cart does not obligate you to make a purchase, as you can remove it at a later time. You can review the contents of your cart at any moment by clicking the button displayed as cart icon on top showing the number of items currently in your cart. Once you have gathered all the items you desire and proceed to the checkout to complete your purchase, you will be prompted to provide billing and shipping details. At this stage, you will also be required to confirm your password and email information. Once you have furnished these details, a Final Review of Order will be displayed.
Upon reviewing your order and deciding to proceed with the purchase, you will be redirected to a secure server utilizing SSL Technology. This ensures a safe and secure shopping experience, granting you peace of mind. Any information provided on these secure pages, such as your credit card details, shall remain inaccessible to all personnel at Zarighar.com. Subsequently, you will need to input your payment information, including credit card details and your complete billing address. Your transaction will then be authorized.

Acceptance of Orders
All orders are subject to our acceptance. We will promptly notify you via email upon acceptance of your order. At this point, a binding agreement will be established between us, in accordance with this Customer Service Agreement. In the event that the desired product is out of stock or the price has changed between the time of your order and our acceptance, we will inform you via email regarding the price adjustment or the expected availability of more stock. You will then be required to confirm whether you wish to proceed with your order.

All prices listed on our website are denoted in United States Dollars (USD). An approximate conversion of prices in other currencies can be accessed by clicking the "Currency" button on top of each page on our website.
Listing and Descriptions
Zarighar.com endeavors to ensure that the product descriptions and photographs provided on this website are accurate and lifelike. Although we strive to depict colors and styles as accurately as possible, variations may occur due to image and photographic processing. Zarighar.com cannot be held responsible for slight discrepancies in color or style. Moreover, please note that the actual colors you perceive are contingent upon your monitor, VGA card, computer resolution, and browser. We are unable to guarantee the precise accuracy of color displays on your monitor.
Payment
Zarighar.com presently accepts PayPal, VISA, MasterCard, Discover/Novus, Diners Club, and JCB, including their derivatives. However, we do not currently accept American Express.
In addition to credit and debit cards, we also facilitate payments through PayPal, Stripe, Western Union, MoneyGram, and Bank Wire Transfers.

Clerical Errors

In the unlikely event that an incorrect price is displayed for any product due to a clerical, typographical, technical, or pricing error, Zarighar.com reserves the right to refuse acceptance of any orders or cancel any contracts pertaining to such products, regardless of whether the orders have been confirmed or the credit cards have been charged. If a credit card has already been charged for a purchase and the order is subsequently canceled due to such an error, Zarighar.com will refund the amount corresponding to the incorrect price within 5 working days of identifying the error.

Evening/Party Wear, Saree, Anarkali, and Jilbab: 4 to 5 Weeks
Special Occasion, Heavily embellished dresses, Heavy Saree, and Heavy Anarkali: 5 to 6 Weeks
Wedding/Bridal Dresses: 6 to 8 Weeks
Light Jewellery Sets: 3 to 4 Weeks
Normal Jewellery Sets: 4 to 5 Weeks
Diamond Like and Bridal Jewellery Sets: 5 to 6 Weeks
Kurta suit, shalwar kameez, waistcoat, plain sherwani, and sherwani with light embellishments: 4 to 5 Weeks
Groom's Sherwani: 5 to 6 weeks
Heavily embellished groom sherwani: 6 to 8 weeks
Turban: 2 to 3 weeks

Express shipping service
We employ FedEx for shipping, enabling delivery to virtually any destination worldwide within 2-4 working days from the date of dispatch. Generally, orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 30 to 60 days (depending on the product you are purchasing), except during periods of high demand and seasonal load. Zarighar.com cannot be held liable for delays that may occur during transit or unforeseen manufacturing delays. However, if we are aware of any anticipated delays, we shall notify you accordingly, offering either an alternative product or a refund.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are applied per product and vary according to the destination country. The minimum charges are automatically calculated and displayed on the Final Review of Your Order page before you proceed with payment. The final delivery charge will be determined before product(s) are dispatched. If the charge differs from the amount shown on the "Final Review of Your Order" page, you will be notified of the final delivery charges.

Customs/Duties/Taxes
When ordering goods from Zarighar.com for delivery overseas, you may be subject to import duties and taxes imposed upon the package's arrival at the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. Please be aware that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their nature or amount. Customs policies differ across countries, so it is advisable to contact your local customs office for further information. Moreover, please note that as the importer of record, you must comply with all laws and regulations of the country where you receive the goods. Returns Policy for Garments
Garment orders are based on the measurements/sizes provided by you through our website, email, phone, or fax. Zarighar.com will not be held responsible for any inaccuracies in the final product (i.e., your custom order) resulting from the measurements provided. It should be noted that before dispatching an order, we take photographs and record videos of each measurement part of the dress, which are kept on record. In the event of any misfit, we first investigate the issue by verifying the measurements from our records. We do not accept returns or exchanges for custom orders. However, if a custom order is incorrect, defective, or does not fit according to the size ordered, we will provide a free fix.
Returns Policy for other Items
At Zarighar, our aim is to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If items are defective or sent incorrectly, you can return them. Please note that you must provide us with a written record of the reason for return or exchange within 24 hours of receiving the item. Custom, oversize, or hazardous items cannot be returned. Items that have been used or exhibit stains, odors, marks, damages, or water stains will not be accepted for returns or exchanges.
Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Cancelling an Order:
You may cancel an order within 24 hours of making the payment, and no charges will be deducted. In such cases, you will receive a full refund. If you wish to cancel an order after 24 hours, processing charges and administrative fees for refund purposes may apply. In the event that a custom order has already been processed and you decide to cancel it after 24 hours, additional charges may be incurred. These charges will be calculated and communicated to you, and the corresponding amount will be deducted from your payment.
Order Amendment:
You may suggest amendments to your order within 24 hours of placing it. However, any amendments requested after this 24-hour window may be subject to additional charges, which will be determined upon reviewing the requested changes.
